Looking Back
Sometimes it’s good to look back and critique past work and so I’m excited to tell you about one of our most memorable projects. You see, not too long ago, my partner-in-design-crime, Vickie, and I had the pleasure of working with Blue Bee, a creative agency that was in dire need of a workspace that matched their brand’s energy and ethos.
Getting To Know You
Our first order of business was to get to know the Blue Bee team and their brand inside-out. We talked about everything from their unique selling points to the personality they wanted their office space to exude. Armed with all this knowledge, we crafted a design concept that perfectly reflected their brand and its values.
We wanted to create a space that felt more like a home than a traditional office, so we went all out with our design. Every detail, from the vibrant hexagons created by a London-based graffiti artist to the whiteboard paint for creative mind-mapping, was carefully curated to showcase Blue Bee’s culture and core values.
Zoning For More Creative Working
One of the things we were most proud of was how we created different zones within the office space to encourage collaboration and creativity. Whether the team needed a quiet zone for focused work or a brainstorming area, we made sure there was a space for every task. It was so rewarding to see how our design helped the team work together more effectively and produce better results for their clients.
Creating Warmth And A Home Away From Home
We also wanted to make sure that the space felt welcoming and cosy, like a true home away from home. We added plants, cosy seating areas, and artwork on the walls to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was incredible to see how these little touches greatly impacted the team’s morale and productivity.
Result: A Project To Be Proud Of
Overall, we had an absolute blast working on this project with the Blue Bee team. Seeing how our design transformed their space into a true creative hub was such a joy. We’re so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a fun and creative client.
